Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Curated & Found Interiors. We look forward to delivering beautiful pieces to your home. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

 1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. >

**Note: During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days 
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days 

3. International Shipping We currently offer international shipping to the following regions: United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia.  International Shipping Delivery Estimate: 14-30 business days. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Curated & Found Interiors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at curatedandfoundinteriors@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

 5. Damages & Lost Packages Curated & Found Interiors is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at curatedandfoundinteriors@gmail.com. Please include:  

  • Your order number 
  • A brief description of the damage 
  • Photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in
